Machines built around your process

We survey the process on your floor and build the machine it calls for, with our own fabrication and our own controls.

Equipment already in production

Aluminum-frame test booth installed on the customer's plant floor

Test booth

Enclosed booth for burst and vacuum testing. Frame, panels, pneumatics and controls all shipped complete from our plant.

Process equipment
Operator guiding a compressor with the lift-assist tooling over the assembly line

Compressor lift-assist manipulator

Suspended material handling on an assembly line. Takes the strain off the operator and the damage off the part.

Process equipment
Suction plate installed on a fin press at the customer's plant

Suction plate for a fin press

Designed, built and installed on the customer's fin press.

Process equipment
Leak and vacuum test station with HMI panel and stack light on the plant floor

Leak and vacuum test station

Instrumented workstation with an HMI and a stack light in the supervisor's line of sight.

Process equipment
Lubrication test station installed at the plant: Lincoln pump in a stainless steel cabinet and HMI screen on a pedestal

Lubrication test station

Lubrication pump integrated in its own cabinet, with controls and HMI. The OEM's equipment sits inside our control panel.

What happens during the visit

Before quoting a machine, you have to see where it will live. An hour on your floor saves weeks later.

01We watch the operation running

With the operator who does it today. That is where the constraints no drawing shows come out.

02We measure the real space

Available footprint, clearances, access, and where air and power will come from.

03We define the scope

What the machine has to do, what stays manual, and what it integrates with.

04We quote in writing

Scope, lead time and price. No obligation to buy.

You may not need a machine

Sometimes the operation is solved with a fixture or with a retrofit of the equipment you already have, at a fraction of the cost. If that is your case, we tell you during the visit, even when it means a smaller project for us.

One signature

Concept, mechanical design, electrical design, fabrication, control panel, programming, commissioning and service. All under the same responsible party, with no suppliers to coordinate with each other.

Eight stages, one supplier

This is the complete list of what goes into a machine project, and we sign for all of it. One point of contact, from drawing to commissioning.

01Concept

On-site survey and definition of the solution with your team.

02Mechanical design

3D modeling, engineering calculations and fabrication drawings.

03Electrical design

Control schematics, component selection and panel layout.

04Fabrication

CNC machining, EDM, welding and frame fabrication in our own plant.

05Control panel and wiring

Built with VFDs, servo drives and safety components.

06Programming

PLC and HMI, with screens in the operator's language.

07Commissioning

Installation at your plant, testing and training.

08Service

Spare parts, adjustments and ongoing support.

What we replace

Almost no project starts from zero. The safety function is usually already there; what is missing is having it built as equipment instead of improvised on the floor to get by.

Before Previous control station: rusted orange beam on a wheeled post, with two palm buttons, an emergency stop and the cable run across the floor
Improvised on the floor Two-hand control on a beam welded to a wheeled post. It did its job, but the cable ran loose across the floor, the conduit fitting had been sealed by hand, and the paint no longer covered the rust.
After New control station: yellow pedestal with a two-hand control head and emergency stop, installed in front of a press
Built as equipment Control head with both palm buttons recessed and the emergency stop in the center, on its own pedestal. The conduit runs down the column to a junction box at the base. Designed, built and installed by us.

What engineers ask us before we quote a machine

The questions that come up on the first call. If yours isn't here, send it on WhatsApp.

Is there a charge for the plant visit?

No. The visit is free, with no obligation to buy. We watch the operation running with the operator who does it today, measure the real space (footprint, clearances, access, where air and power will come from) and define the scope. That gives you a written quote with scope, lead time and price.

Do you do the design, or only build what I already designed?

Both. A complete machine project has eight stages: concept, mechanical design, electrical design, fabrication, control panel, programming, commissioning and service. We sign for all of them, with one point of contact. If you already have a design, we come in at whatever stage you need.

What if my problem doesn't need a machine?

We tell you during the visit. Sometimes the operation is solved with a fixture or with a retrofit of the equipment you already have, at a fraction of the cost of a new machine. We say so even when it means a smaller project for us.

Do you outsource fabrication?

No. CNC machining, EDM, welding and the frame all come out of our own plant in Monterrey. That is why a late design change doesn't turn into a three-week wait on an outside supplier: it gets solved on our own shop floor.

Who programs the PLC and who trains the operator?

We do. PLC and HMI programming is part of the scope, with screens in the operator's language. Commissioning includes installation at your plant, testing and training, and after that comes service: spare parts, adjustments and support.

How fast do you respond?

Within one business day, with scope and an estimated timeline. We work Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Monterrey time, CST). WhatsApp at +52 81 8706 7945 is the fastest channel.
