Vacuum test table with HMI
Leak test station with HMI control. Includes the frame, pneumatics, control panel and programming.
You bring the problem. We bring the manufacturing engineering.
Process equipment, fixtures and jigs, and automation — from concept to commissioning in your plant, under one signature.
Or a fixture. Or a retrofit of the equipment you already have. Which one makes sense depends on volume, floor space and what is running on the floor today — we define that in the on-site survey, before we quote.
Machines and stations designed around a process. From concept to commissioning in your plant.
Leak test station with HMI control. Includes the frame, pneumatics, control panel and programming.
Two-hand control for safe press operation, with a position that adjusts to the operator.
Suspended material handling for repetitive loading. Takes the lifting off the operator and reduces damage to the part.
Holding, assembly, inspection and gauging fixtures, designed from the customer's part and process.
Automatic brazing station with a flexible design: one fixture runs seven part numbers, instead of seven fixtures.
Endplate verification with built-in gauging. Releases the process on the floor every shift, without sending parts to the metrology lab. Less scrap and fewer lost hours.
Workholding for manual brazing of HVAC manifolds. Our own design from scratch, marked with the part number for control on the floor.
Control panels, controls migration and electrical build for new or existing machines.
PLC, power supply, industrial switch and labeled terminal blocks, ready to connect to the plant network.
Backplate with VFDs, servo drives and circuit protection, wired and labeled for service.
Panel built with an HMI and push-button station for machine operation, using components stocked by local distributors.
We come to your floor, take measurements and design the complete solution: mechanical, electrical and controls. Most projects start without a drawing — with a sample part, a cycle time that has to come down, or an operation that needs to be taken off the operator.
Every design is reviewed with you before we cut material. And when the original drawing no longer exists, we reverse-engineer it from the part.
Your team reviews the model before we cut material, with operator figures in place to check reach.
Frame, panels, pneumatics and control panel come out of our plant. None of it is subcontracted.
PLC, circuit protection, valves and HMI are built and tested here before shipping. Then we install it, debug and tune it, and train the operator.
On-site survey and definition of the solution with your manufacturing team.
3D modeling, calculations and fabrication drawings.
Control schematics, component selection and panel design.
CNC machining, EDM, welding and grinding in our own plant.
Assembly, wiring and testing before it leaves our plant.
PLC, HMI and drives configured for your process.
Installation, debug and tuning, and operator training.
Spare parts and support from the same people who built it.
The plant that builds our equipment also takes work by the part. Die components — punches, dies, forming inserts, inserts and wear parts — plus machine spare parts, to print or from a sample part.
When the original drawing no longer exists, we reverse-engineer it and deliver the spare part with its model.
Laurel 1616, Col. Moderna, Monterrey, N.L., Mexico. Fabrication is not subcontracted, so lead time and tolerances stay under our control.
A drawing, a photo of the part, or a description of the problem on the line. That is enough to start.
We reply within one business day with scope and an estimated lead time. If the project calls for it, we visit your plant to measure before we quote. The design is reviewed with you before we cut material.
